To initiate a service request, repair request, or product claim, please complete the form below.

Upon submission, you will automatically receive a unique TFTSR-xxxxx service request number by email.

Please clearly mark the product and all related shipping documents with this TFTSR number when returning the product to our Service Department.

The returned product must be received by TF-Technologies’ Service Department no later than 10 working days after the TFTSR number has been issued. If the product is not received within this timeframe, the TFTSR number may be considered obsolete, and a new Service Request may need to be submitted.

The sender is responsible for all shipping costs, import duties, taxes, customs charges, and any other costs related to the return shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
